Prices, Cancellation & Refunds
50% of the payment is due at the time of booking (non refundable) and the final 50% is due 14 days before arrival. We do not give refunds on any bookings made 14 days before arrival date. In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid, our liability would not extend beyond that, except COVID19 restrictions.
The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Electricity, Linen, Towels, Cleaning, Hot & Cold Water, Central Heating, WIFI
COVID19 Tiers, Local Restrictions
You must comply with the tier restrictions relevant to yourselves
If you are unable to travel due to the tier restriction or we have to close due to the tier restriction we will move you booking to an alternative date free of charge or will be following our cancellation policy stated above.

Fire Package – A basket which can be used in the log burner & the fire pit outside which includes logs, paper, sticks, and fire lighters payments is due in advance – Please contact us for more information to confirm the price firstname.lastname@example.org
Your accommodation will be available to you from 4pm on the day of arrival through our self-check in service,
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure,
We do not allow any guests to have pets on site due to our animals that are present
All our Huts are strictly NO SMOKING inside them. Anyone found to be smoking inside of our Huts will be liable for the cost of full deep clean and any inconveniences caused to following guests’ bookings.
We have a designated smoking area located at the bins
This is a child free site to ensure that your rest and peace is undisturbed. Under exceptional circumstances, we may accept older children, but this MUST be only with the permission of the owner.
Please consider other guests, especially after 9.30pm. We are a Low Noise Policy glamping site.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, we hold your card details to take a maximum of £100.00 for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. If it does go beyond hundred pounds we will contact you for the remaining balance.
The owners of the site are absolved of all liability for accidents to guests and from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property including vehicles. Any items left behind must be claimed within two weeks of departure. If relevant, postage and packing charges for the return of goods will apply. As owners, we shall not be responsible for the death or personal injury to a holidaymaker. The owners reserve the right to ask guests not observing the conditions to leave the site without refunds and with immediate effect. As the owner of the property, we reserve the right to gain access at any reasonable time during occupancy for the purpose of emergency maintenance or repair or any other need.
For Your Safety
Please ensure you keep in the designated areas for your own safety. This is a small holding with animals. The driving speed limit is 5mph. A list of emergency numbers is available in each hut. The Fire Pit/BBQs provided are the only ones permitted – due to fire risk. Hot ashes and cigarette ends must be extinguished and disposed of in the ash bin provided. Please do not remove the fire pit from the designated area
Your Shepherd Hut should only be used by the booked guests. No social gatherings are permitted. No visitors will be allowed access to the site.
Care & Consideration
We ask that resident’s practice common sense care and consideration for the huts during their stay. Do not use the wood burning stove for drying clothes, the risk of fire is real and likely in this scenario. We ask that chopping boards and provided drinks coasters are used in order to limit damage to work tops and surfaces, under no circumstances should food be chopped on the work surfaces.
We ask any guests that have booked more than one hut that you keep to one designated area
Wifi details can be found in our handbook in each hut, being in a rural area our wifi is intermittent and may not work or work correctly for your stay
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
If at any time you become unwell during your stay with us, you cannot self-isolate in our huts you must vacate and inform Springwood Shepherd Huts. We recommend you follow the guidelines and contact 111
