Suffolk Shepherd Hut

Our Suffolk Shepherd Hut is a romantic, cosy and perfect for those last minute getaways.
Overlooking our open fields with our Hebridean sheep, alpacas, Shetland ponies, horse and chickens.
Our hut is fully equipped and is complete with its modern comforts to make your stay extra special.

As you walk through the main door your feet will feel the underfloor heating on in the colder months and you will reach a fully equipped, fitted kitchen area with two induction hobs, a microwave/oven, fridge with a small freezer, toaster, kettle, country style sink and all the cutlery, pots and pans you should ever need or want. There’s two beautiful breakfast bar stools to enjoy your breakfast or even sit by the log burner to add that extra cosiness feel.

To the right is a king size bed, with Egyptian cotton linen, duvet and pillows, there’s also a smart TV on a swivel mount so you can view it from all angles around the hut. At the end of the bed is a cosy sofa facing the cast iron log burner

Looking to the left from the main door is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower cubicle and a mains shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and amazingly soft towels & face towels and complementary toiletries on arrival.

Storage hasn’t been forgotten either, storage can be found under your bed and a storage cupboard space for hanging your clothes, and an iron and ironing board included.

Outside you’re treated to seating beside a fire pit, looking out onto the fields where our Hebridean sheep and Alpaca’s are graze. The fire pit can be used as a BBQ and parking is to the side of your hut.

So whether you want to escape and enjoy peace, quiet and beautiful surroundings or if you want to be out and about enjoying York’s attractions, it’s all here!

Hebridean Shepherd Hut is hand built by us family run business of master craftsmen.  You won’t find another Hut like this one.

Everything about this Hut has been designed to provide the best in comfort inside and traditional looks outside to give you the best Glamping experience possible.

The front of Hebridean Hut has seating area to enjoy the stunning views of our open field. As you walk through the main doors is a a full equipped fitted kitchen area with 2 induction hobs, a microwave/oven, fridge with a small freezer, toaster, kettle, country style sink and all the cutlery, pots and pans you should ever need. There’s two beautiful breakfast bar stools to enjoy your breakfast or even sit by the log burner

To the right is a Kingsize bed, with Egyptian cotton linen, duvet and pillows, there is a Smart TV on a swivel mount so you can view it from all around the Hut. At the end of the bed is a cosy sofa facing the cast iron log burner, but don’t worry you’ll never be cold as there’s also underfloor heating throughout the whole Hut to keep you warm on even the coldest of days.

We’ve saved the best till last outside we have seating with an fire pit while looking out on to the fields to our Hebridean Sheep, our fire pit can be used as a BBQ.
