As concerns around Coronavirus (COVID-19) rise we wanted to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and well being of our customers and our team member is our number one priority. We are following the government guidelines and we have put several important measures in place to ensure Springwood Shepherd Huts remains a low-risk zone for the spread of the virus.
The well being of our guests remains our highest priority. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional precautions to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. Each Hut is deeply cleaned before your arrival and deeply cleaned once you vacate for on going guests. We are not allow any early check ins or later check ins due to the extra cleaning we are carrying out on each hut.

If you have a booking through us and we go in to a National Lockdown, we will happily change you’re booking to an alternative date. We will offer a refund and this is only offered if we go in to a national lockdown.
If any guest cannot travel due to isolating or has a lockdown in your area we will change your booking to an alternative date free of charge and will ask for proof relating to COVID19. If Springwood Shepherd Huts remain closed due to the tier restrictions we will move you stay to an alternative date free of charge. Our normal cancellation policy will apply if you wish to cancel/
If we need to move your booking due to COVID19 we have new terms and conditions that would be sent out to you to confirm before we rebook
